Theme: LEGO Ideas

Lego Ideas (formerly known as Lego Cuusoo). Originally LEGO Cuusoo was a website run by Chaordix and LEGO. The website allowed users to submit ideas for LEGO sets. There would be a voting process, and if a set made it to 10,000 votes, the set would go into a review process, where it had the potential to be released. The original designer receiving 1% of the royalties. It started in 2008 as an offshoot of the Japanese website Cuusoo.

The Exo Suit project was released in 2014 as the seventh Lego Ideas set. Based on classic Lego space sets, and including 2 spaceman minifies that would look right at home with Benny the astronaut or other classic space minifig.

This is third Lego Ideas set that I am lucky enough to own, and has pride of place on one of my many Lego shelves 😀

Losing touch with LEGO for a few years, he returned when LEGO Ideas captured his imagination.
